It's easy (and really quite fun)!
1. Browse our designs until you find something you like, and click on it.
2. On the design page, select the style, color, size, & sometimes design color. Then click the "Buy" button.
3. Want to buy additional items? Simply click the "Keep Shopping" text link below your cart contents on the "View Cart" page.
4. When you've got everything you want in your cart, you can complete the checkout process. On the "Shopping Cart/Checkout" page, click the "Checkout" button. Fill in your personal information (billing & shipping addresses, payment method, etc). When you're done, click the "Continue" button.
5. A review screen will appear with your order contents and personal information. Once you've verified that the information is correct, click the "Send Order" button.
6. An order confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Yes. Absolutely. Sure thing. Sandbox Threads uses a completely secure shopping cart to process your order. We use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with a 256-bit encryption to ensure the highest level of protection. SSL technology takes your order and scrambles (encrypts) it to ensure that it cannot be read while being transferred. SSL uses a Digital Certificate to verify who we are and to encrypt and decipher your order so that only we can read it. We understand that you are concerned about the security of the information you transmit over the internet. We take all steps possible to ensure that your credit card and personal information is kept safe and secure.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until it arrives at its destination on the secured server. For added security, the credit card number is also encrypted when it is stored on disk (no longer than 30 days) and when it is forwarded to our store for order processing.
All personal information submitted to SandboxThreads.com is fully protected and will NOT be sold or given to a third party. The only personal information we save is your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and order history. We do so in order to fulfill your orders, answer any customer services questions, maintain records, and enhance your shopping experience.
Also, your internet browser helps you recognize when you visit a secure page on our site. A small lock icon appears in your internet browser. This means the information on the page is protected and safe.
Sandbox Threads accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) as well as PayPal payments. Our site utilizes an SSL secure connection during the transaction so that your information is kept secure and private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "SandboxThreads.com".
Can I make changes to my order?
In most cases, we are able to make changes to your order. This can usually be done if you email us within 24 placing your order. Send an e-mail to orders@sandboxthreads.com to request a change.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping for an additional $3 per order. Each shirt or onesie will be individually wrapped in it's own pillow box and bow. You will also have the option of adding a gift message to accompany the order during checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use? And how much does it cost?
We use the US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation for all standard shipping orders. We have found that for most customers this method is quicker and cheape. We charge a flat rate of $7 for all US bound packages. But remember, all US orders over $50 will receive FREE Standard Shipping.
We will do our best to ship your item within 2 business days after we receive your order. In most cases, we should be able to ship your order by the next business day. On average, you order should arrive within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer overnight/rush shipping?
Yes, if you need your order right now or sooner, Sandbox Threads offers UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air. As you could probably guess, you'll pay UPS dearly for this shipping method, but we did want to give you the option. And don't forget, last minute shoppers can always give a Sandbox Threads' gift certificate at anytime--print it out or send it via email.
Yes. International Orders will be shipped via First Class Mail at a flat rate of $13.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.
(1) "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

If you choose UPS as your shipping method, then yes, you will be able to track your shipment via the UPS website.
Tell me about the onesies and shirts you use.
We use Sweatshop Free Tees & Onesies (many of which are made right here in the US of A) so you can shop guilt free. We pay a little more for our items, but we sleep better at night (at least when our kids lets us) by doing so. Anyway, we use high quality 100% cotton onesies and tees. The shirts are soft, lightweight and comfortable to wear. Plus, they are quite hip especially after you add a Sandbox Threads' design. Please be sure to consult the sizing chart located at the bottom of this page for more information.

Design TransferOur designs are ink-based transfers which we apply to the shirts using a professional heat press machine. These are high quality transfers that have a screen-printed feel.
On our "Customizable Designs," you may see a small bit of transfer fading after the first wash. Most folks do not notice the fading, but these designs are printed differently, and in order to avoid excessive fading, please follow the care instructions provided on your packing slip.
At SandboxThreads.com we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
Please include the packing slip with your return. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. If you do not have your packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

I Received the Wrong Shirt/Defective Shirt
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at orders@sandboxthreads.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
Can I Return My "Custom-Made" Shirts?
The short answer is no. If we made the shirt as you ordered it and the shirt is not defective, we are sorry, but we can NOT accept a return of the following designs:
Hello My Name is..., Graffti Name, Oval Bumper/Travel Sticker, and Build a Kid.
If, however, we messed up, then we'll fix it. Please contact us at orders@sandboxthreads.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
Washing and Care Instructions
To keep your shirt looking great for a long time and to minimize fading, wash the shirt inside out in cold water, and to tumble dry low. Please be aware that a small amount of shrinking (5%) may occur if you machine dry. Do not use bleach. If you feel the need to ever iron your shirt, do not iron directly over the transfer area.
Use the chart below as a reference in choosing the correct size. Since all babies are different sizes at different ages, we believe that you cannot go wrong by purchasing one size bigger. One thing is for certain, that baby will grow and that shirt will eventually fit.
